A marvelous reliquary of books stands before you. The genres run the spectrum from romance to horror with everything in between. A couple of peculiarities catch your eye: There are some strange books on the top shelf, and a book has fallen onto the floor as well.
Several books line this shelf, and something doesn’t seem quite right about them.
You notice a book on the floor and pick it up. It’s entitled, “My Aching Breaking Heart”. You flip to the back to read the synopsis. “Bethany thought she had it all: a successful and fulfilling career, a cozy cafe right around the corner, and an affair with the love of her life, Caspian Arnatello.
