TAPESTRY

You approach a very large tapestry draped across the wall. The thing is massive, easily spanning several feet in both height and width and stretching from floor to ceiling! Despite the size, the fine detail of the stitching renders the image it depicts clear and clean. It’s more than a little surprising that it doesn’t show more wear and tear from hanging in such a busy tavern.

You have to step back again to get a better sense of the scene displayed. It’s admittedly stunning. A black dragon holds out against a band of warriors in various battle stances with a variety of weapons in hand, obviously Auberon and his adventuring party.
