BATHROOM
The bathroom’s soft pastels, pale pink wallpaper and pale green tile, all now seem tarnished. You notice the paper is peeling away in places, and there are several broken tiles. You step to the sink, but when you turn the knob, you can hear the pipes in the walls groaning in response. You jump back when sludge, dark and foul, begins to ooze from the tap. The room fills with the scent of rot. In your haste, you almost trip over a broken floor tile. When you regain your footing, and look up, the tap is dry and silent. The only sign of the sludge you just saw is the faint odor of rot lingering in the air.
