SEWING TABLE
An antique sewing machine, like you’ve only seen in museums. The machine is actually affixed into the table, able to be tucked away as the tabletop folds up. It even looks to be in better condition than those you’ve seen in museums, though obviously well-used. You can almost hear the rhythmic rasp of the belt over the balance wheel, the creak of the foot pedal… You reach for the sewing machine and quickly draw back your hand as it astonishingly begins to operate itself – the threaded needle rapidly oscillating up and down, seeking a canvas! As you retract your hand, the machine stops. Perhaps if you had some cloth or fabric to feed beneath the needle…
